Cora and Nick’s Colorado mountain elopement on Peak 9 in Breckenridge was intimate, beautiful, and a day that I’ll never forget. Cora is a lifelong local here in Breck, so I was really humbled to be able to document the day for her and Nick. She is literally the cutest and sweetest thing and was just so happy all day long!
Cora and Nick chose this location because of the amazing views and their love of the mountains and skiing. Come see more from this Peak 9 Breckenridge elopement because I can’t wait to share it with you!
Cora and Nick got ready separately before sharing their first look and private vows. Their day was full of beautiful and intentional details. Cora looked stunning in her Lulus dress, with hair and makeup done by Olivine Hair Studio, and florals by Fern and Bloom.
After getting ready, Cora and Nick shared a first look on Peak 9. I truthfully think that couples who prioritize these quiet moments before a bigger celebration seem to connect better. I always feel so freaking lucky that I get to witness quiet moments like these because they are the ones I connect with most as a Colorado elopement photographer.
After sharing a first look, Cora and Nick exchanged private vows with one another as well. It was heartfelt, emotional, and overall the perfect experience. If you’re looking for a beautiful Colorado mountain elopement location, Peak 9 is the perfect spot!
After their first look, we then headed back down for their intimate Colorado mountain elopement ceremony. They had a beautiful wooden arch with florals, and the backdrop of snow-capped mountains. I don’t think it could have been more beautiful.
After that, Cora and Nick shared a glass of champagne in celebration before we headed out for more portraits!
After the ceremony, we then headed off to get more portraits. Cora and Nick had to get some cute photos with an old Chevrolet nearby, and it made for such a fun and cute backdrop for some of their photos! After that, Cora, Nick, and I headed out into the mountains again for more portraits. The lush greenery and mountain backdrops in the distance were gorgeous.
After their portraits, Cora and Nick headed back to the venue, where they had an intimate wedding reception with their closest friends and family. It was the perfect way for them to celebrate their Colorado mountain elopement, and it was such an honor to have been their photographer!
