When Madison and Kevin reached out about their Crested Butte engagement photos, I knew this session would be something special. From the moment we met, it felt like we’d been friends forever. Kev (with his trusty stock Tacoma) kept us laughing the entire time, and together these two were so natural and easy with each other. The whole evening was exactly what I love about adventure sessions. It was fun, laid-back, and a little bit wild. We hiked over three miles round trip, stopped often to soak in the views, and even broke things up with a quick outfit change halfway through to bring variety into their gallery.

Madison changed into an off-the-shoulder white top paired with denim that gave this part of their session a relaxed vibe. Their outfit change felt effortless, fun, and perfectly in sync with the wild mountain setting!
We had so much fun wandering deeper into the meadows, and that’s when we spotted wild deer grazing in the distance. It was such a magical reminder of how alive these mountains are!
